Job Description

Reporting to the Goods Flow Team Manager, this ASSOCIATE role is responsible for providing assistance in the completion of the Logistics process in the easiest and safest way possible. He/She develops and uses his/her knowledge and experience of IKEA operations, including IKEA machinery and equipment, as well as the expertise of his/her co-workers within the team to achieve the highest level of availability of products in the store.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform effectively Goods Flow operation tasks using IKEA systems and equipment
  • Contribute to optimized daily goods flow operation in a lean, simple, cost-conscious way
  • Contribute to agreed goals of the Goods Flow Team
  • Comply with IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines

Requirements

  • Interest in home furnishing
  • Forklift Certification or relevant skills in forklift operation
  • At least 1-2 years experience in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in retail
  • Effective time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Quick learner
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Teamwork and independent work ability
