Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Golf Project Manager to deliver exceptional golf experiences for our global client base. This is an exciting opportunity for a golf industry professional who thrives on creativity, precision, and delivering world-class events. As Golf Project Manager, you will lead projects from initial concept creation and venue sourcing through to event delivery, ensuring excellence at every stage. You will play a key role in maintaining outstanding client relationships, where repeat business and long-term partnerships are a natural outcome of your work. You will be responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of golf events, including national tournaments, international golf experiences, and corporate golf days.

Job Responsibility:

  • Planning and delivering the annual golf event schedule to the highest standard
  • Leading on-site management of UK and international golf events
  • Managing event budgets with full financial accountability
  • Overseeing contracts and supplier agreements, including sourcing and negotiation
  • Leveraging knowledge of world-class golf venues to enhance event delivery
  • Managing all event logistics, including equipment transportation, loading/unloading, and course signage setup

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within the golf industry, either as a qualified PGA professional or in golf event management
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an event project management role
  • Strong knowledge of golf rules, formats, and tournament operations, with confidence resolving on-site queries
  • Flexible and adaptable, understanding that event delivery involves travel and non-standard working hours
  • Highly organised and structured, able to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Exceptionally client-focused, committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences
