Job Description:

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Retail Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Retail Attendant have the opportunity to shape our guest’s experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide our guests with exceptional customer service, while creating an atmosphere of authentic Hawaiian hospitality and Aloha
  • Present a professional image and character in appearance, words, and actions
  • Be an active participant in all Retail Department events and promotions
  • Create and build positive relationships with our guests, homeowners, co-workers, and venders
  • Strive to achieve all personal quantitative goals such as sales volume and units per transaction
  • Embrace all Four Season Resort Hualalai standards
  • Maintain a well organized and safe working environment
  • Participate in physical store inventories
  • Maintain visual presentation and merchandising standards
  • Make sure that you are up to date on all communications
  • Perform all necessary daily store operations including: cash and bank management, floor security, POS transactions, stockroom organization and floor replenishment
  • Help to process all merchandise deliveries in a timely manner and remerchandise the selling floor as needed

Requirements:

  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
  • Ability to accurately read and work with a variety of computer systems
  • Possess one to three years of previous retail sales experience
  • A sincere willingness to perpetuate the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai philosophy of Aloha and Ho’okipa to promote a warm and friendly atmosphere among staff, peers, guests and residents
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Capability of multi-tasking and functioning well under pressure
  • Able to set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
  • Possess a high work ethic and sense of integrity
  • Works with a sense of responsibility and purpose for the roles filled within our team
  • Has a keen eye and interest for fashion, visual merchandising and the details of merchandise presentation
  • Weekend & Holiday availability required
