Golf Operations Manager

• Lead and oversee all aspects of our golf operation
• Ensure the highest standards of service and enjoyment for our members
• Plan and coordinate a golf programme that is highly regarded by our membership
• Manage the Golf Pro Shop and related services to meet the needs of our members
• Design and promote golf activities
• Manage club competitions
• Ensure green fee and equipment hire targets are met
• Oversee the efficient use of tee times and marshalling
• Recruit and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage the shop’s inventory
• Monitor revenue
• Collaborate with the Event Sales Manager to organise golf tournaments

Experience as Golf Professional or Golf Operations Manager at a recognised golf club is desirable
