Job Responsibility:
Manage the daily operations of the Golf Pro Shop
Create attractive merchandising displays to maximise sales
Provide excellent customer service in line with The Club Company’s standards
Keep the shop well-stocked, clean, and welcoming
Work closely with the Golf Operations Manager to meet sales targets and drive the business toward its annual retail budget
Manage customer play, processing bookings, and handling charges for golf buggy usage
Promote daily sales and special offers
Assist with product selection
Operate the point-of-sale system
Monitor merchandise receipt
Assist in selecting tournament products
Coordinate with the Course Marshall to ensure efficient operations
Provide feedback to senior management
Requirements:
Previous experience in a golf shop environment desirable
GCSE qualification
