Job Description

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Greenskeeper 2 who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Greenskeeper 2 have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop thorough knowledge and safe operation skills for all equipment associated with golf course maintenance
  • Maintain bunker shaping and presentation consistent with exceptional standards
  • Work in cooperation and ensure the safety of the rest of the team
  • Apply granular fertilizers in safe manner to protect the ‘aina
  • Sod turf, plant / trim ornamentals using appropriate tools
  • Perform miscellaneous duties, drainage projects, renaturalization of lava and other golf course related tasks
  • Maintain a safe and clean work and storage area

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to operate all equipment safely and according to manufacturer’s specifications
  • Required to obtain a Drivers Abstract when working in roles which may require driving a vehicle
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
  • Weekend & Holiday availability required
