Job Description

We are seeking a golf teaching professional at our Saddlebrook Golf Academy!

Job Responsibility

  • Coach junior golfers and developing their skillset, group Coaching
  • Teach weekly camps and day camps
  • Promote the Golf Academy, as necessary
  • Assist in daily tasks, set-up for the day, etc.
  • Send weekly Reports to Parents
  • Video reviews on a regular basis as to meet DOI expectations

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of Teaching Golf, preferred time in group lessons, juniors
  • Strong playing ability, preferred College Golf
  • Skills in video lessons, Trackman
  • PGA Member or in the Apprentice Program, Preferred
  • Attend local tournaments
  • Must have the availability to work weekends
  • Be a team player
  • Good communication skills

  • Provide feedback and explanation(s) regarding the financial performance of the Manele Golf Instruction Program on a regular basis
  • Co-ordinate the golf instruction and player development programming

  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal customers (Operations and Training Leadership at all levels, and Security Professionals), and external clients
  • Attend Workforce Management (WFM) or other Operations meetings to communicate region, branch or site metrics using DOMO business intelligence for Academy compliance, federal/state/local training compliance, Mobile Patrol, and additional training topics
  • Send weekly reports on Academy completions (SP, SS and SM) as well as any upcoming vILT courses on the National Training Calendar. This includes armed compliance, mobile patrol, and use of force cards
