Are you a passionate golfer with a flair for craftsmanship? Do you take pride in building precision golf clubs? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our client is seeking a skilled Club Builder to join their dynamic Custom Fit team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Job Responsibility:

  • Craft and build golf clubs to exact specifications, focusing on shaft length, swing weighting, grip sizing, and more
  • Achieve daily and weekly production targets while maintaining quality
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all builds match customer specifications
  • Collaborate with the Custom Fit Coordinator and other departments to streamline the build process
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
