At Perk, we’re scaling rapidly and expanding our revenue organisation across Europe. To support this growth, we’re looking for a Go-to-Market Talent Partner to own end-to-end hiring for our Sales and GTM functions. This role will primarily focus on Sales Development, Sales Executives, Customer Success, and adjacent revenue roles as the business scales. You’ll operate as a senior individual contributor, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and revenue leadership. As a key member of the Talent team, you’ll drive hiring excellence through data, strong partnerships, and proactive talent engagement, ensuring an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience at every stage. This role is based in our Barcelona hub and is ideal for a high-impact recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about scaling world-class revenue teams.
Job Responsibility:
Partner closely with Revenue Leadership, Hiring Managers, and the People team to define hiring needs, shape role design, and deliver against ambitious growth plans
Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM and sales roles across multiple markets in Europe, with exposure to North America as the organisation continues to scale
Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on market insights, role calibration, assessment quality, and hiring decisions
Build and manage strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping
Use data and insights to inform decision-making, improve funnel conversion, and forecast hiring capacity
Lead the candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication, structured assessments, and strong employer brand representation
Partner with Employer Branding to support top-of-funnel initiatives such as campus programmes, sourcing events, and targeted outreach campaigns
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on headcount planning, priorities, and offers
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Talent Partner recruiting for Sales or GTM functions (e.g. SDRs, Sales Executives, Customer Success), ideally in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
Strong track record managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple markets
High business acumen with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders
Hands-on sourcing expertise, including Boolean search, market mapping, and tailored outreach strategies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on partnership and transparency
Passion for candidate experience, employer branding, and continuous improvement
Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable prioritising in a fast-paced, evolving environment
