Job Description

As a Global Process Owner, you will directly own key programs to drive improved sales, more efficient processes and achieve our company's long-term goals. These processes could include opportunity management, CPQ management and ordering/contracting, executed within Salesforce.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify, scope and lead critical initiatives end-to-end by partnering with cross-functional teams across the organizations
  • Provide process management leadership to drive process changes for large-scale initiatives
  • Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within Salesforce for new feature releases, enhancements and break fix deployments
  • Define and measure key metrics/KPIs to evaluate process effectiveness and efficiency
  • Proactively analyze Salesforce usage data, pipeline trends and stakeholder feedback to identify process gaps, bottlenecks and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain process definition and work with enablement to drive adoption in the field
  • Support development of communications, change management, and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure process adherence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience, with a focus on tech enablement and sales process definition preferred
  • Sales Operations, Business Operations, Process Transformation or top 5 consulting firm experience preferred
  • One or more of the following certifications preferred: Six Sigma / Lean / PROSCI change management
  • Strong problem-solving skillset with ability to communicate insights clearly
  • Detail oriented, articulate, and have strong story-telling skillset
  • Demonstrated skill at building strong working relationships and influencing both internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous UAT experience required, including test case authoring, defect logging, regression testing and coordinating go/no-go decisions with technology teams ahead of Salesforce releases
  • Previous Salesforce CRM experience
  • Experience translating sales process business requirements into Salesforce development requirements for handoff to technical teams
  • Ability to work in multiple time zones to support global sales teams
