Job Responsibility

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team responsible for executing the Go-To-Market Plan across various retail channels, consumer segments, and provinces in the region
  • Ensure the team is aligned with the company’s strategic goals and objectives
  • Product Portfolio Management: Own and maintain the regional product portfolio tracker
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and proactively recommend actions to stay ahead in the market
  • Strategic Planning: Develop an annual Regional Go-To-Market Plan that integrates marketing, Customer Experience (CEX), and channel strategies
  • Ensure the plan is comprehensive and aligns with the overall business objectives
  • Brand and Revenue Growth: Drive the implementation of the Regional Go-To-Market Plan to strengthen the brand, increase revenue, and increase the customer base
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with Territory Managers and the sales team to identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales, revenue, and market share
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the Go-To-Market strategies

Requirements

  • Previous experience in commercial Products and Services
  • Understanding and ability to evaluate Profit and Loss statements in a business
  • Project management experience will be an added advantage
  • Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop and implement comprehensive Go To-Market plans that capture ground realities
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve strategic goals
