Job Description

As a Go To Market Manager at LHH, you will be responsible for driving the activation of LHH products and services in Career Transition and Mobility Portfolio. This includes sales messaging, positioning, and go-to-market activities. You will collaborate and partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product & innovation, sales, and marketing to ensure the successful launch and ongoing sustainable promotion of LHH’s offerings.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive the activation of LHH products and services in Career Transition and Mobility Portfolio
  • Collaborate and partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product & innovation, sales, and marketing
  • Source and apply market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Proactively develop and execute comprehensive go to market plans aligned with company and business line objectives
  • Develop engaging sales and marking collateral
  • Plan and deliver integrating marketing campaign materials to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption

Requirements

  • Proven track record and experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B
  • Strong understanding of customer journey and seller experience as well as marketing principals, market research, and product management
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-function teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate date in actionable insights
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving business and revenue impact
  • Experience with marketing automations tools and CRM systems
  • PowerPoint and Excel skills required, knowledge of MS Teams, Asana and Seismic are helpful
