Job Description:

As our Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems Manager, you will own the administration, maintenance, and evolution of Dashlane's Go-To-Market (GTM) tech stack—spanning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience. Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution, ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, secure and aligned with our growth strategy. You will manage our Salesforce environment and integrate it with tools like Marketo, Gong, Braze, and Zendesk to optimize workflows, automate processes, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator for GTM teams
  • Manage users, roles, permissions, and security settings
  • Build and maintain workflows, custom objects, reports, and dashboards
  • Design and develop various workstreams within Salesforce optimized for efficiency, simplicity, and intuitiveness
  • Ensure data hygiene and integrity through audits, validation rules, and automation
  • Oversee sandbox management, testing, and release deployment
  • Administer GTM tools including Marketo, Gong, and Braze
  • Support and maintain integrations between systems
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools or optimizations to improve stack efficiency, in particular with the rise of AI capabilities
  • Define and maintain governance processes (naming conventions, access control, documentation)
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CX stakeholders to align systems with business processes
  • Lead tool onboarding and training for GTM users
  • Serve as the point of contact for tool-related requests and enhancements
  • Support the software procurement process for the GTM tool stack
  • Monitor system performance and tool adoption metrics
  • Build dashboards and alerts for data quality and process visibility
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
  • Partner with Data and Finance teams to support insights and reporting

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Strong command of Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, reports, dashboards)
  • Experience managing GTM tools (Marketo, Gong, Braze, …) and their integration capabilities
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable systems solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce App Builder certification
  • Experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment
  • Understanding of lead routing, account segmentation, and GTM processes
  • Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
