At SQR, we’re hiring an innovative GTM Engineer to help build a safer digital world through secure, efficient, and inclusive identity verification. In this role, you’ll bridge data and sales – powering SQR’s commercial engine and ensuring scalable, repeatable growth.
Job Responsibility:
Own, scale, and optimise SQR’s GTM tech stack and processes, delivering measurable pipeline and revenue through omnichannel campaigns
Design, build, and continuously refine high-performance campaigns, managing data-driven pipelines for lead generation and enrichment
Integrate tools via APIs and automate wherever possible to increase speed and efficiency
Constantly test, iterate, and improve outbound activity across the business
Engage priority leads directly via email and phone
Champion growth and innovation – staying ahead of emerging tools, technologies, and GTM motions
Requirements:
Proven experience building and scaling GTM engines that generate qualified pipeline and revenue
Hands-on expertise with GTM tooling (e.g., Clay) for outbound testing, enrichment, and automation
Strong analytical skills with a focus on reporting, KPIs, and performance optimisation
Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to work across product, sales, marketing, and security teams
An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work autonomously and within an every changing start-up environment
Nice to have:
Experience working remotely
Previous experience as an SDR or with outbound cold calling
Performance marketing experience (Lead generation, PPC, SEO, GEO and website strategy
