As a Go-To-Market Engineer (GTME), you are a success architect: part outbound campaign strategist, part AI workflow orchestrator, and full time trusted customer advisor. You design, deploy, and optimize Apollo product usage. Your goal: build AI-native inbound & outbound engines that generate pipeline at scale, consume credits, and grow our customer’s businesses.
Job Responsibility:
Design and execute adoption and expansion plays across the post-sale journey
Own key growth outcomes including GRR, NRR, credit consumption uplift, and seat expansion
Deliver playbook-driven interventions that drive measurable impact
Partner with clients to refine their GTM strategies and align them with pipeline and revenue objectives
Stay ahead of GTM tech trends, continuously refining our stack
Requirements:
Data Whisperer: turn complex data sets into clear, actionable strategies
Tech Tinkerer: mastery of CRMs, sales automation tools, AI platforms
Process Ninja: ability to spot inefficiencies and optimize workflows
Customer Obsessed: building lasting client relationships
