As a Scaled GTM Engineer, you are a scaled interventionist: part workflow builder, part signal translator, part credit-consumption driver. You design and deploy Apollo-native lead generation workflows for multiple accounts per week — fast, repeatable, and measurable. You thrive in high-volume execution, using Apollo’s AI features, enrichment, and campaign logic to identify interventions that quickly improve customer outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Rapidly assess usage signals across floating accounts and design lightweight interventions
Execute outbound/inbound campaign setups, sequencing, enrichment, and AI prompt workflows
Manage time across 20–30 active client touchpoints at once
Hundreds per year
Identify common GTM patterns and templatize solutions for reuse across the scaled customer base
Requirements:
2–4 years experience in RevOps, SDR Ops, or onboarding roles
Proven ability to manage high-volume client engagements (client-facing)
Deep Lead Gen fluency — sequencing, enrichment, workflows, analytics
Obsessed with velocity: fast execution, measurable results
Comfort working in distributed team environments
