Job Description

Seeking a Data Support Analyst to coordinate go-to-market deliverables for Product Line Managers (PLM) across HPE Aruba Networking product segments. The Data Support Analyst will master data for new product introductions and maintain sustaining product data in HPE source systems. Maintain an open line of communication with product management to ensure data element requirements provided are adequate, and compliant to HPE guidelines and governance. The Data Support Analyst will ensure launch readiness. Adhere to corporate requirements for new product introductions and related publicly availability product content. Ensure product change types adhere to corporate guidelines prior to implementation. Regulate source data integrity by initiating compliance, and user acceptance testing. Attend ongoing administrative tools and process training. Maintain templates, forms, and team collateral.

Job Responsibility

  • Kick-off Launch entry for new product introductions
  • Add program and product attribute to NPI tracking tool for x-functional teams to access & update
  • Manipulate large repetitive blocks of data in EXCEL templates
  • Generate SKUs & Set up master data records in legacy SAP and S4 HANA
  • Update master data records in accordance with attribute changes
  • Monitor expected downstream data feeds to ensure accuracy
  • Ensure lifecycle dates and status changes are kept up to date in legacy and S4 lifecycle systems
  • Manage master data structure in HPE test environments

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area
  • First level university degree
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen and knowledge within area of responsibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in Supply Chain practice
  • Works well independently with little to no supervision
  • Able to pivot and respond to simultaneous inquiries from different product management teams
