You’ll contribute to the success of the business by enabling innovative solutions and empowering client-facing teams to wow our clients and demonstrate why TTEC is the best CX partner in the market.

Job Responsibility:

  • Project Leadership for initiatives to include facilitation, project planning, communication planning, analytics, record keeping, etc
  • Event coordination for client-facing meetings and marketing events
  • Creation and/or partnership with others to develop dashboards, profiles, videos, reports, web content, verbiage, and other collateral
  • Utilize hybrid and agile project management delivery methods to lead matrixed teams supporting initiatives across the Sales and Marketing organizations
  • Responsible for "connecting the dots", identifying and driving innovative solutions, and successfully executing the plan to include identifying risks, interdependencies, and blockers
  • Conduct data modeling and analytics to achieve an elevated level of performance and empower teams with the information they need
  • Develop business relationships, which includes working with all levels and organizations across the company
  • Participate and drive excellence throughout a variety of initiatives to include direct responsibilities for content creation in support of the initiatives
  • Successfully flex to accommodate ever changing priorities and accomplish goals on time, with quality

Requirements:

  • 5+ years combined professional experience in project management, process improvement, sales, data analytics, event coordination, and/or business consulting
  • Project Management certification (PMP) or active engagement in obtaining certification
  • Strong proficiency in Asana and Excel
  • Established capabilities for creating structure and leading formal and informal projects using hybrid and/or agile project delivery methods
  • Ability to identify and solve issues with incomplete data and little direction on concurrent long and short project durations
  • Experience in and understanding of operating within large-scale, global, and matrixed organizations which will include individuals from different countries, cultures, departments, roles, and priorities
  • Excited to foster and maintain new relationships and demonstrate solid project leadership across multiple functional areas
  • Demonstrated experience with strategic and operational planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources for both in-person and virtual events
  • Ability to successfully manage competing priorities, unexpected change, and the flexibility to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations
  • Must be able to travel domestically with occasional international travel required approximately 10%
