Job Description

Proclinical is seeking a GMP Cleaning Associate to support the cleaning and maintenance of production labs and warehouse areas in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform cleaning operations in production labs and warehouse areas following site procedures and cGMP standards
  • Adhere to all EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) procedures, standards, and PPE requirements
  • Report incidents, accidents, or EHS concerns promptly and participate in safety sessions
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in assigned areas, ensuring compliance with 5S principles
  • Document cleaning tasks accurately and ensure proper procurement of materials
  • Interact professionally with team members and other staff
  • Follow GMP procedures and report any abnormalities or adverse events in a timely manner
  • Ensure on-time attendance and adherence to cleaning schedules

Requirements

  • Experience in sterile or GMP cleaning operations within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with cGMPs, regulatory guidelines, and standard operating procedures
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic knowledge of safety and GMP requirements
  • Proficiency in systems such as SAP-MERPS, VQD, Syncade, and Microsoft software packages
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-compliance mindset
