Job Description

We are seeking an Opportunity for GM Transformation & automation consulting within the VOIS IT organisation. The individual will guide a cross-skilled team in identifying, shaping, and validating technology-driven efficiency opportunities across customer operations, enterprise operations and corporate functions. The role requires the ability to develop an automation demand pipeline, ensure high-quality assessment outputs, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to define strategic technology solutions that enable digital transformation across VOIS.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-skilled team, promoting collaboration across Opportunity Assessment and Product Owner functions
  • Build strategic assessment and consulting frameworks across front office, back office, and end-customer journeys
  • Engage new markets and business areas to identify automation and digitalisation opportunities aligned to VOIS efficiency targets
  • Review and validate assessment reports, resolving challenges throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Own the end-to-end demand lifecycle, including demand generation, assessment creation, security and privacy approvals, business case development, and progression toward delivery
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies relevant to shared services and assess potential business gains
  • Develop high-level financial assessments and business plans for proposed automation solutions
  • Design and validate technical solutions aligned with architectural standards and business needs
  • Liaise with technology teams to define product backlogs, manage delivery channels, and ensure alignment to SAFe Agile practices
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to understand their product roadmaps and integrate relevant advancements

Requirements

  • An experienced Business Analyst or Product Owner with strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in modern digital technologies including RPA, AI, cognitive automation, workflow platforms, CRM/ERP systems, iOCR, Power Platform, and task mining tools
  • Skilled at translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
  • Equipped with a strong understanding of VOIS domains and capable of matching them to the right technology capabilities
  • Experienced in project management, stakeholder engagement, and working with diverse senior stakeholders and vendors
  • Holds a Technical Master’s degree or equivalent qualification
