Job Description

We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Solution Architect to lead the design of complex, high-value customer solutions across the VOIS organisation. This role focuses on large, multi-tower opportunities, bringing together technology, business, care and corporate services into compelling, commercially sound propositions. The individual will work closely with customers up to CxO level, sales teams, service towers and delivery leaders to ensure solutions are differentiated, deliverable, and profitable.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end solution definition for large, complex opportunities (typically exceeding €5m contract value) across multiple service towers and service units
  • Engage directly with customers, including senior executives, to understand strategic objectives and translate these into value-led solution propositions
  • Orchestrate integrated solutions across technology, business services, customer care and corporate functions, collaborating with domain and technology solution architects
  • Define platform, system and integration architectures aligned to customer requirements and VOIS capabilities
  • Develop end-to-end delivery, staffing and location models in close collaboration with service tower delivery owners
  • Drive make-or-buy and partner decisions to optimise use of VOIS assets and the wider partner ecosystem
  • Consolidate effort, cost and location estimates, ensuring inputs to pricing and commercial teams are accurate, realistic and margin-protective
  • Quantify delivery risks and certainty, supporting informed commercial and leadership decision-making
  • Present solutions to customers during bids and orals, acting as solution owner and incorporating customer feedback into iterative proposals
  • Provide independent quality assurance and solution reviews for both large and smaller service tower-led opportunities
  • Coach and mentor solution architects, supporting continuous improvement and solution maturity across VOIS
