Job Description:

Global Workplace Internship Program at Hewlett Packard Enterprise focused on building the pipeline of next-generation leaders. The program provides opportunities for development of leadership skills, business acumen, and future career advancement through diverse experiences and exposure to leaders in various functions.

Job Responsibility:

Developing and implementing HPE corporate real estate strategies
Managing the design and construction of sustainable modern workplaces
Delivering a best-in-class hybrid workplace experience across over 200 HPE sites globally
Providing world class real estate outcomes that elevate employee experience
Showcasing HPE innovation
Delivering improved productivity across HPE

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (or equivalent) and completed two years
Excellent capabilities in leadership, influencing, communication, and collaboration
Strong project management, business acumen and critical analytical skills
Geographic/cultural knowledge and/or experience
Self-starter with ability to achieve results in a virtual and complex work environment
Ability to develop and promote positive change through innovation and creativity
Proactive contributor who wants to make an impact
