  • Represent O-US perspectives in global governance and roadmap discussions
  • Manage trade-offs across regions, brands, and content models in partnership with Global
  • Drive alignment, adoption, and change management across O-US markets
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, brand, and quality standards in collaboration with Global and local stakeholders
  • Monitor value realization and scalability across O-US markets
  • Partner closely with Global, US, DTI, Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Global Capability Centers

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree and 8+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience

  • Strong technical fluency paired with strategic business thinking
What we offer:
  • Vast opportunities to learn, develop, and move up and across our global organization
  • Diverse and inclusive community of belonging, where colleagues are empowered to bring ideas to the table, take risks, and act
