This role exists to drive transformation in warehouse operations by shaping and continuously improving digital warehousing products that enhance user experience, simplify processes, and enable smarter, more autonomous decision-making. You’ll play a critical role in bringing operational insight, product thinking, and emerging technologies—such as AI and Agentic AI—together to streamline workflows, accelerate “No Touch” adoption, and deliver measurable service performance across our markets and distribution centers. Working closely with Customer Operations Excellence, GBS, IT, and Data & Analytics teams, you will help turn strategy into execution—strengthening product quality, scalability, and reliability while contributing to a more connected and future-ready warehouse ecosystem. Job Responsibility
Work with Product vendor to Develop and execute a comprehensive digital warehousing strategy aligned with Customer Operations goals
Stay ahead of emerging technology trends to identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and AI/Agentic AI integration
Lead the assessment, selection, and implementation of new functionalities / applications supporting warehousing processes to drive digitization, continuous improvement, and AI‑enabled opportunities across Warehousing operations
Oversee end‑to‑end design and delivery of digital Warehousing solutions with a strong user‑centric approach
Working with Deployment teams, lead agile teams to ensure timely, high‑quality iterative releases
Continuously learn from users and contribute insights to refine workflows, UI/UX, and product functionalities
Evaluate usability, workflow efficiency, and product pain points
propose enhancements
Identify friction points in daily warehouse operations and propose solutions
Support small enhancements, fixes, and iterative refinements
Track product performance trends and recommend improvement ideas
Work with IT, process experts, and super users to shape feasible improvements
Accelerate “No‑Touch” adoption through training, playbooks, and super‑user networks
Track adoption KPIs and advocate automation to minimize manual work and improve efficiency
Collaborate with CO Excellence, GBS, market operations, and 3PL partners to gather requirements and manage issues
Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of product vision, priorities, and updates
Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously refine product objectives
Ensure all controls for warehousing digital products are monitored and executed
Partner with Risk and Corporate Audit to develop remediation plans when risks are identified
Monitor defect trends and partner with vendors to drive root‑cause fixes and improve release readiness
Track SLAs (availability, performance, incident MTTR) and manage incident/problem tickets with vendor teams
Establish and enforce application governance standards and procedures
Manage vendor and service provider relationships to ensure service levels and value delivery
Develop and manage the product budget to align with strategic priorities
Track spending, optimize resource utilization, and address skill or resource gaps as needed
Requirements
Strong understanding of end-to-end warehousing and logistics processes (inbound, storage, outbound, inventory) with the ability to translate user needs into clear functional requirements
Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP EWM, BY WMS) and familiarity with automation/robotics and system integrations (e.g., WCS, YMS)
Ability to engage with warehouse operators, super users, and process experts to validate workflows and ensure solutions meet operational needs
Proven capability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging operational and product/technology teams
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional and distributed teams
Nice to have
Experience participating in product design discussions, bringing practical insights grounded in real warehouse operations
Strategic mindset with exposure to aligning warehouse or supply chain initiatives to broader organizational objectives
Familiarity with global logistics environments and experience supporting scalable, standardized solutions across multiple regions
