Job Description

As Global Treasury Manager, you will be the central point of expertise for all treasury activities across Fagron's entities. You will work closely with the CFO and the global and local finance leadership teams to define and execute treasury strategy, optimize our capital structure, and ensure we have the right financial instruments and processes in place to support Fagron's growth ambitions. This is a hands-on leadership role: strategic in scope, but grounded in the operational detail that treasury demands. You will manage a small, capable team and be the go-to person for banking relationships, funding decisions, and financial risk management in the regions.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage group-wide cash pooling structures across multiple jurisdictions
  • Optimise intercompany funding and internal banking model
  • Ensure efficient allocation of liquidity across regions
  • Oversee short- and long-term funding strategy
  • Manage relationships with international banks in a syndicated facility
  • Oversee compliance, covenant monitoring, and refinancing strategy
  • Manage USPP including reporting and investor relations
  • Advise CFO on optimal capital structure and funding diversification
  • Lead treasury integration in acquisitions and divestitures
  • Evaluate funding structures for deals (debt vs internal cash vs hybrid)
  • Support due diligence with focus on liquidity, FX exposure, and financing risks
  • Ensure post-merger treasury integration and cash alignment
  • Manage FX, interest rate, and liquidity risk across regions
  • Implement hedging strategies aligned with business exposure
  • Develop policies to standardise risk management globally

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive treasury experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead treasury role
  • Strong background in cash management, corporate funding, and financial risk management
  • Proven track record of managing banking relationships and structuring financing solutions
  • Experience in a multinational or pan-European context
  • You take ownership
  • You're precise without being rigid
  • You build trust with people at every level
  • You are motivated by purpose as much as performance

What we offer

  • A senior leadership role with real scope and influence in a purpose-driven global company
  • Competitive compensation package including performance bonus, pension, and benefits aligned with Dutch and Belgian market standards
  • Flexible working arrangements with a hybrid setup between our offices in the Netherlands and Belgium
  • The opportunity to shape treasury strategy in a growing, international organization
  • A collaborative, open culture where your expertise is valued and your voice is heard
