Job Responsibility

Provide end-to-end operational ownership for global transmission networks to meet agreed SLA and KPI targets
restore service for complex, multi-technology incidents, minimising mean time to repair and acting as subject matter expert during major incidents
support network build, provisioning, infrastructure maintenance, and onboarding of new networks and systems
plan, manage, and support change and project activities with a strong focus on risk mitigation and zero change-related incidents
perform root cause analysis for major incidents and escalations, contributing to technical reports for customers and senior management
collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to resolve faults and deliver customer-focused outcomes
prepare detailed performance and benefit analysis, while continuously improving operational processes and team effectiveness
