Job Description:

The role involves supporting the Global Trade team with the day-to-day management of import and export formalities. This includes preparing and submitting customs entries, issuing accurate clearance instructions to relevant stakeholders, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and ensuring all activities comply with current customs regulations and company policies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Log all import and export shipments accurately
  • Prepare and submit CDS customs declarations (training provided)
  • Assist with paperwork administration and coordination
  • Monitor shipment status and update relevant records
  • Communicate with freight forwarders and customs officials as needed
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies
  • Support the global trade team with daily operational tasks
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date documentation
