Job Description

As the Global Total Rewards Manager, you will support the Total Rewards Director in designing, implementing, and managing total rewards programs that reflect WebBeds' commitment to attracting, retaining, and engaging top talent globally. You will work closely with all T&C teams, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure that our compensation, benefits, and recognition programs are competitive, inclusive, and aligned with local market trends and global business objectives. Your role will directly contribute to creating a culture of well-being, equity, and recognition at WebBeds.

Job Responsibility

  • Support Strategy Execution: Assist in implementing global total rewards initiatives, including compensation, benefits, recognition & programs
  • Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct global and regional market surveys, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to maintain competitive positioning
  • Data & Analytics: Prepare reports and dashboards on compensation and benefits metrics
  • identify insights to support strategic decisions
  • Compliance: Ensure all reward programs comply with local and international labor laws and company policies
  • Project Management: Lead or support global reward projects on HRIS such as annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and benefits
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with regional T&C executive partners to adapt and implement rewards initiatives that align with local legal, cultural, and business requirements & ensure effectiveness of communication of reward programs
  • Technology & Tools: Maintain and optimize HRIS and compensation tools to support accurate and efficient processes
  • Employee Communication: Develop clear and engaging communication materials to explain reward programs to employees and managers
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance reward processes and employee experience
  • Support vendor relationships for benefits, rewards, and recognition programs
  • Ensure service-level agreements are met and manage escalations as needed
  • Ensure adherence to local and international labour laws and compliance requirements
  • Support audits and implement corrective actions where necessary
  • Help craft communication materials to promote understanding and appreciation of total rewards programs
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on total rewards offerings

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a global organization
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS (preferably Workday) and compensation management tools
  • Knowledge of international labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Understanding of Labor laws and compliance requirements across multiple regions
