You will support the development and delivery of training for the Digital Mine technology suite, including Collision Avoidance Systems (CAS), DotNetix, and Drill Guidance Systems (DGS). With 90% of the training delivered online, you will enjoy a high degree of WFH autonomy and flexible hours, making it an ideal role for managing family commitments like school runs. The client prioritizes output and results over strict clock-watching. Ultimately, you will help scale training from predominantly face-to-face delivery to an innovative blended model.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Global Technical Training Lead to execute the training strategy
Deliver training 90% online, focusing heavily on digital management and practical sign-offs
Deliver training to mixed audiences in a clear, calm, and structured manner
Convert classroom content into high-quality digital learning delivered through a Learning Management System (LMS)
Create eLearning modules using the Articulate 360 suite and publish SCORM content for delivery and reporting
Travel every 1-2 months across Australia and to international mine locations
Conduct and support practical assessments and verification activities onsite
Complete onsite quality audits of internal employees and ITP contractors to confirm training effectiveness
Report training completion and maintain accurate training records for compliance and audit purposes
Act as a confident communicator who is open-minded and comfortable managing technical systems
Maintain technical knowledge through product updates and collaboration with engineering teams
Train Customers, Independent Third Parties (ITP), and internal teams across operator, installation, and maintenance modules
Requirements:
Electronics/Auto Electricians (Defence/Army/Navy background preferred), or Engineers with technical consulting/sales experience
Cert IV TAE preferred
Diagnostic/repair mindset essential
Mining site experience (operational/maintenance) needed
Heavy vehicle mining auto-electrical experience highly desirable
LMS, Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Willingness to travel intrastate, interstate, and internationally is required
Nice to have:
Exposure to high-reliability training (Defence, heavy industry, mining) is a plus
