Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Global Tax Reporting Manager to take full end-to-end ownership of Adyen’s growing portfolio of tax reportings. This is an opportunity to design a scalable, future-proof function around the laid groundwork with active reports like FATCA, CRS and CESOP. You will have the freedom to leave your mark, moving beyond 'just compliant' to design an automated, tech-driven tax reporting function where Tax meets Big Data— going far beyond the tax silo. You will partner with Engineering and Product teams to solve complex challenges, making this one of the most exciting and dynamic areas to work in today.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the end-to-end process of a reporting regime
  • Manage external relationships with tax authorities and vendors
  • Monitor the regulatory landscape and translate legal changes into technical actions
  • Guide the technical implementation with Tax Data Analysts, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Optimize & scale filing processes by designing automated solutions
  • Bridge the gap between Commercial teams and Tech teams
  • Expand your horizon by picking up projects in other tax areas

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in a tax reporting, operational tax, or compliance role within a Financial Services Institution (FSI), Big 4, Law Firm or other with a specific scope on FSI clients
  • Proven experience with AEOI reportings (FATCA/CRS) and EU Directives (DAC)
  • Exposure to local transaction reportings (e.g. Italy, Spain) is a strong plus
  • Tech-affinity: understand how data flows and how systems talk to each other
  • Proactive, take ownership
  • A problem solver
  • Collaborative
