Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global IT Talent Management Executive to oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies for our organization’s IT department.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective global talent acquisition strategies to attract top IT professionals
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including headhunting, networking, and talent databases, to identify and engage potential candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions and requirements accordingly
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding
  • Create and execute talent development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of existing IT team members
  • Identify high-potential individuals within the organization and implement career development plans to nurture their growth
  • Implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention within the IT department
  • Conduct regular talent assessments to identify gaps and develop strategies to address them
  • Stay informed about global IT talent market trends, including skill shortages, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies
  • Analyse talent market data to make informed decisions about recruitment strategies, compensation packages, and talent development initiatives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client calls, addressing queries, discussing project timelines, and ensuring clear communication between internal teams and clients
  • Manage the Field Engineer (FE) activities, including coordination between technical teams and clients to ensure project milestones and expectations are met
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, timelines, meeting notes, action items, and client communication
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership regarding the organization’s talent landscape

Requirements
