Job Responsibility:
Contribute to the design and delivery of global Talent initiatives and programs
Support our Talent Development Specialist with administrative tasks
Collaborate with our Internal Communications team to help promote Talent initiatives via internal channels (Teams, Viva Engage, Emails)
Assist with best practice research and development activities, bringing fresh ideas from the latest thinking in the world of Talent Management
Support the coordination of virtual and in-person events
Assist in designing engaging training materials using tools like PowerPoint and Canva
Create learning pathways using platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, Microsoft ESI, and Unit4 Talent Management
Liaise with external training providers and manage training logistics
Support the administration of our Learning Management System
Requirements:
A team player who loves collaborating with and helping others
Fluency in English, written and spoken (as this is our global business language)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and digital platforms
Ability to handle confidential, sensitive information with discretion
Someone who enjoys a challenge and wants to take on responsibility (we need someone proactive in this role, who takes initiative)
Organisation skills and results-oriented (you like to get stuff done)!
Tech savvy and a big fan of AI (we’re looking to streamline our administrative tasks using AI)
Curious, with a growth-mindset (we like to stretch and challenge each other to develop ourselves every day)
You may be currently pursuing, or have recently completed, a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (this is not a requirement)
