Job Description:

As Global Talent Acquisition Technology & Operations Leader you will set the global strategy for PPG's talent attraction ecosystem, spanning TA technologies, digital candidate experiences, employer branding, and early-career pipelines. You will provide enterprise leadership to lead scalable, compliant, and future-ready talent acquisition capabilities in partnership with senior leaders and partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the governance and continuous improvement of Workday Recruiting, Internal Jobs Hub, PPG Careers, and CRM platforms, including prioritizing, configuring, testing, and implementing enhancements, while driving global user adoption
  • Champion the use of AI-enabled tools and solutions to streamline workflows, enhance quality, and lead efficiency across the talent acquisition lifecycle
  • Lead the development and scaling of talent attraction channels, such as employee referral programs, proactive talent communities, and automated drip marketing campaigns
  • Design and harmonize global university and affinity recruiting strategies in consideration of our priorities and regional dynamics, including evaluation of partnerships and influence metrics
  • Manage operational risks and compliance issues, including denied party and background screening, export control, AAP reporting, audits, and legal requests, applying to complex inquiries
  • Promote knowledge management and communication strategies through ownership of global TA channels, portals, knowledge articles, microsites, and policy documentation
  • Manage a geographically dispersed TA team, including specialists, university recruiting, digital leadership, and analytics roles, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Partner with senior leaders across SBUs, HR, Finance, and Talent to align talent attraction programs with organizational goals and secure required resources
  • Interpret labor market data, recruitment metrics, and financial reports to identify trends, improve sourcing strategies, and reduce cost-per-hire
  • Present relevant insights to leadership to support data-informed decision-making
  • Address complex global challenges, including scaling recruitment technologies and programs, resolving multi-country compliance issues, and mitigating data privacy risks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in global talent acquisition, human resources, or related fields, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles managing diverse, globally distributed teams
  • Experience leading complex, multi-regional talent acquisition programs and operations with measurable growth
  • Expertise in talent acquisition technologies (Workday Recruiting, Career sites, CRM platforms, job distribution platforms) and operational governance
  • Strategic, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate inclusively across global teams, influence leaders, and provide compliant solutions
