As Global-e continues to expand, we are looking for an in-house recruiter who will be responsible for managing Global-e's end-to-end recruitment process across USA and EMEA. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working arrangements. The role will require you to be in the London office 3 days a week.
Job Responsibility:
End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Fully own the recruitment process from intake to offer, including candidate screening, interview management, and offer coordination, while managing multiple roles across the regions with efficiency and quality
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through innovative and strategic inbound and outbound sourcing, using creative, multi-channel approaches to attract top candidates
Hiring Manager Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs, provide market insights, and deliver tailored hiring solutions
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, consistent, and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
Data-driven Recruiting: Use data-driven insights to advise hiring teams on recruitment strategies, optimize the hiring process, and ensure we attract the right talent efficiently
Requirements:
4+ years of full recruitment life-cycle experience across EMEA (UK & EU) and the USA
Experience in creating innovative recruitment strategies to find and attract passive candidates
Extensive insights and knowledge of the relevant talent markets
Deep experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms
Experience in recruiting for GTM and R&D positions
Extremely organized with high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pace environment, with competing and changing priorities
Experience working in a hyper-growth start-up company will be a big advantage
