As Global-e continues to expand, we are looking for an in-house recruiter who will be responsible for managing Global-e's end-to-end recruitment process across USA and EMEA. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working arrangements. The role will require you to be in the London office 3 days a week.

Job Responsibility:

  • End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Fully own the recruitment process from intake to offer, including candidate screening, interview management, and offer coordination, while managing multiple roles across the regions with efficiency and quality
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through innovative and strategic inbound and outbound sourcing, using creative, multi-channel approaches to attract top candidates
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs, provide market insights, and deliver tailored hiring solutions
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, consistent, and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Data-driven Recruiting: Use data-driven insights to advise hiring teams on recruitment strategies, optimize the hiring process, and ensure we attract the right talent efficiently

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of full recruitment life-cycle experience across EMEA (UK & EU) and the USA
  • Experience in creating innovative recruitment strategies to find and attract passive candidates
  • Extensive insights and knowledge of the relevant talent markets
  • Deep experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms
  • Experience in recruiting for GTM and R&D positions
  • Extremely organized with high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pace environment, with competing and changing priorities
  • Experience working in a hyper-growth start-up company will be a big advantage
