We’re looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Manager to help shape how we hire worldwide, lead our global recruiting team, and take our talent strategy to the next level.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies that align with Yotpo’s business goals and hiring needs
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing recruiting team across multiple geographies, driving pace and results
Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and deliver on hiring plans that support Yotpo’s evolving organizational needs
Drive creative sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and expand candidate pipelines
Use data and insights to continuously improve recruiting processes, enhance candidate experience, and optimize talent acquisition metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline conversion rates
Requirements:
5–7 years of full-cycle (end-to-end) recruitment experience
3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role
Proven success in leading global recruitment efforts in fast-paced, high-growth environments, including experience hiring for U.S. and international markets
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and a data-driven approach, including tracking key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and senior leadership
Solid business acumen and market awareness, including understanding of compensation trends and regional talent dynamics
Creative and varied sourcing strategies, including social media, talent communities, passive candidate outreach, and other advanced sourcing methodologies
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume, and fast-changing environment, balancing multiple priorities effectively
Proven ability to enhance employer branding and candidate experience, through innovative recruitment campaigns and high-touch candidate engagement
