Job Description:

Plaud is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support junior-role hiring, candidate pipeline building, and recruitment operations. You’ll learn end-to-end recruiting in a fast-paced tech environment while working closely with the TA team to deliver high-quality execution. High-performing interns may be considered for full-time conversion based on business needs and individual performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for junior-level roles through proactive sourcing
  • Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS updates with high accuracy
  • Coordinate assessments, hiring logistics, and prepare weekly pipeline status updates
  • Support sourcing experiments and market mapping to broaden talent outreach
  • Assist in employer branding and recruitment operations initiatives when needed

Requirements:

  • Strong learning agility and adaptability — able to pick up tools and processes quickly
  • High attention to detail and reliability in managing coordination and data accuracy
  • Clear, professional communication skills with candidates and hiring managers
  • Curiosity and initiative to test new sourcing approaches and improve workflow efficiency
  • Ability to commit full-time or at least 3 days/week for a minimum of 3 months (Jan–May/June)
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy, with a proactive problem-solving mindset
