Job Responsibility:
Designing and delivering engaging training
Translating complex systems into simple, user-friendly content
Running training needs analysis to identify gaps and build targeted solutions
Collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders globally
Supporting system rollouts across multiple countries and time zones
Providing post-launch support and continuously improving training approaches
Building and maintaining knowledge resources and best practices
Requirements:
Experience in instructional design, systems training, or L&D
Exposure to CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
The ability to simplify technical or complex concepts into clear, engaging content
Strong communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working on projects, system rollouts, or transformation initiatives
A highly organised, detail-focused approach
Confidence working with stakeholders across different teams and regions
Experience working in global or multi-time-zone environments
