We are currently seeking a Global Supply Chain Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Global Supply Chain Specialist at ICON, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive supply chain excellence across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinating and managing supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics, to support business needs and project requirements
  • Analyzing supply chain data and performance metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient flow of materials and timely resolution of supply chain issues
  • Supporting the development and execution of supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of supply chain activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related area, preferably in a global environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience in engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders
