As the Global Supply Chain Analytics Manager, you will be the insight engine for ResMed’s global distribution, logistics, and trade operations. This high-impact, highly visible role combines strategic leadership with technical depth. You will lead a global team of analysts across AMER, EMEA, and APAC to translate complex data into meaningful insights, build scalable analytical tools, and empower operational teams to make informed, smart decisions. You’ll be at the heart of our global operations ecosystem, influencing decisions, shaping strategy, and elevating our analytical maturity. You’ll bring clarity to complexity, connect insights to outcomes, and drive measurable business impact across the supply chain organization.
Job Responsibility:
Own the global distribution, logistics, and trade reporting portfolio – helping to manage our global data ecosystem along with the dashboards and tools that we provide to the business
Lead analytical initiatives that uncover performance trends, root causes, and opportunities across global distribution, logistics, and trade operations
Partner with regional and global operations leaders to embed insights into strategic and tactical decision-making
Craft and communicate the operations performance narrative — translating data into stories that influence executive forums and drive alignment
Lead and develop a global team of analysts across AMER, EMEA, and APAC
Build analytical confidence and storytelling capability within the team and across the operations community
Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement
Champion diversity of thought and new ways of working
Design and maintain intuitive dashboards and KPIs that provide real-time visibility into key operational metrics (e.g., delivery performance, logistics costs, lead time variability, distribution metrics, etc)
Lead the governance of operations metrics, ensuring consistency, data quality, and alignment across global regions
Collaborate with digital and BI teams to enhance data architecture, pipelines, and visualization tools
Develop models and simulations that optimize logistics networks, transportation performance, and trade flows
Use diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to identify risks and improvement opportunities
Automate recurring analyses, freeing capacity for strategic insight generation
Embed analytics into global transformation programs and digital initiatives
Act as the voice of insight in new system implementations and process redesigns
Lead the team using agile methodologies — managing backlogs, prioritizing sprints, and aligning resources with business value
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, distribution, logistics, engineering, or trade operations, with demonstrated leadership impact
Proven experience managing global or cross-regional teams in a matrixed organization
Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders through insights and storytelling
Experience leading analytics programs using agile frameworks
Excellent communication and presentation skills — concise, executive-ready, and insight-focused
Willingness to travel 15–25% domestically and globally to connect with regional teams and stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
Proficiency in Tableau (or similar visualization tools), SQL, and advanced Excel
Nice to have:
Master’s degree preferred
Experience with Snowflake, Python, R is a plus
Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems (e.g. Oracle, High Jump)
