  • Champion diversity of thought and new ways of working
  • Design and maintain intuitive dashboards and KPIs that provide real-time visibility into key operational metrics (e.g., delivery performance, logistics costs, lead time variability, distribution metrics, etc)
  • Lead the governance of operations metrics, ensuring consistency, data quality, and alignment across global regions
  • Collaborate with digital and BI teams to enhance data architecture, pipelines, and visualization tools
  • Develop models and simulations that optimize logistics networks, transportation performance, and trade flows
  • Use diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to identify risks and improvement opportunities
  • Automate recurring analyses, freeing capacity for strategic insight generation
  • Embed analytics into global transformation programs and digital initiatives
  • Act as the voice of insight in new system implementations and process redesigns
  • Lead the team using agile methodologies — managing backlogs, prioritizing sprints, and aligning resources with business value

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, distribution, logistics, engineering, or trade operations, with demonstrated leadership impact
  • Proven experience managing global or cross-regional teams in a matrixed organization
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders through insights and storytelling
  • Experience leading analytics programs using agile frameworks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — concise, executive-ready, and insight-focused
  • Willingness to travel 15–25% domestically and globally to connect with regional teams and stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
