Job Responsibility

  • Support compliance programs for Aptiv’s global supply chain
  • Learn and work on ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) topics like human rights and sustainability
  • Assist with supplier screening and risk assessments and help suppliers meet compliance standards
  • Work with data and tools to improve processes and provide insights
  • Collaborate with global teams and suppliers to drive ethical procurement

Requirements

  • A degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Interest in Compliance, Sustainability, and Risk Management Supply Chain Management
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable with MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English

  • CPSR Audit Preparedness: Ensure compliance within the supply chain organization as related to CPSR audits and global compliance
  • CPSR Audit Execution: Oversee all internal and external audit activity and build strong relationships with the DCMA CPSR auditors and the ACO, coordinating on-site/virtual audits, document submissions, and response timelines
  • Global Supply Chain Compliance: Set strategy and vision for overall global supply chain compliance for US DoD and international operations, ensuring adherence to country-specific regulations (e.g., EU GDPR, UK Bribery Act, Australian Defense Export Controls) across 20+ partner countries
  • Ongoing Compliance Support: Be aware of all supply chain compliance regulation changes and incorporate them into operating standards
