Job Description

The Global Supplier Partnership Manager will support the Head of Global Supplier Partnerships in managing and growing the global consortia programme and wider supplier partnerships. The role is responsible for driving annual revenue growth, delivering value to TMC community partners and supplier partners, fostering existing relationships, securing new partnerships and driving adoption of preferred agreements.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with the Supplier Partnership Executive to create, implement and deliver supplier marketing plans
  • Manage a portfolio of hotel suppliers and conduct performance reviews both in person and virtually
  • Engage with TMC partners quarterly to review hotel programme reporting and rate code adoption
  • Obtain feedback from suppliers and TMC partners to create strategies that increase ROI
  • Support the Head of Global Supplier Partnerships in presenting and securing annual sponsorship and marketing inclusion programme revenue to achieve company KPIs and revenue targets
  • Build a strong pipeline of TMCs to procure and sign up to the OneSTAY consortia hotel programme
  • Create new programme adoption and marketing offerings in support of One Global’s financial goals
  • Attend supplier and internal company events where applicable
  • Support ad‑hoc company projects and initiatives
  • Upsell marketing activities to suppliers
  • Support internal teams with event planning for regional and global meetings and ad‑hoc events, ensuring maximum value is delivered to supplier partners

Requirements

  • Previous TMC or global network experience
  • 5+ years’ experience, preferably within a supplier relations role
  • Proven sales experience within a TMC, hotel supplier or travel industry supplier
