Job Responsibility

  • Lead and deliver high-impact strategy projects that address some of Optiver’s most important and ambiguous business challenges
  • Partner closely with the Executive Committee and senior business leaders as a trusted thought partner, providing clear, concrete insights and recommendations
  • Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, ensuring alignment, momentum, and tangible outcomes across the firm

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience, for example, at a leading tech firm, a financial institution, a top-tier consulting firm, or a private equity firm
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in performing data-driven analyses
  • Strong sense of ownership and personal responsibility
  • Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude to achieve results
  • Ability to quickly grasp new topics and make them their own
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convert complex issues into succinct insights
