Job Responsibility:
Lead and deliver high-impact strategy projects that address some of Optiver’s most important and ambiguous business challenges
Partner closely with the Executive Committee and senior business leaders as a trusted thought partner, providing clear, concrete insights and recommendations
Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, ensuring alignment, momentum, and tangible outcomes across the firm
Requirements:
5-10 years of relevant work experience, for example, at a leading tech firm, a financial institution, a top-tier consulting firm, or a private equity firm
Exceptional analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
Excellent project management skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience in performing data-driven analyses
Strong sense of ownership and personal responsibility
Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude to achieve results
Ability to quickly grasp new topics and make them their own
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convert complex issues into succinct insights
