Job Description

Global Sourcing Strategy Lead to design and execute the sourcing vision for non-tech talent across global markets. This role will be instrumental in shaping how we identify, engage, and nurture top talent for key business areas including Marketing, Strategy, Operations, Admin. and Commercial functions

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for non-tech functions across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with global hiring priorities
  • Lead executive and senior-level searches, managing the full sourcing lifecycle from market mapping to candidate engagement
  • Establish scalable processes and tools for sourcing operations, pipeline tracking, and reporting
  • Act as a strategic partner to recruiters and hiring managers, advising on sourcing strategies, talent pools, and candidate engagement tactics
  • Experiment, measure, and iterate, using data to inform sourcing decisions and continuously improve performance
  • Conduct deep market research and talent mapping, providing insights to influence hiring plans and talent decisions

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting strategy, and/or executive search, ideally across multiple regions
  • Proven track record building sourcing strategies or frameworks from scratch
  • Strong understanding of non-tech functions and business profiles (Marketing, Operations, Strategy, Finance, etc.)
  • Experience with talent mapping, market research, and proactive pipeline building
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • comfortable creating reports and interpreting metrics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across different levels and regions
  • High adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
