Manage International Sourcing to provide the optimal supply chain solution that includes supplier selection, product and tooling quoting, project execution, capacity planning, and supply chain risk mitigation throughout the product portfolio. Ensure that all sourcing activities are in line with the overall Global Sourcing Strategy driving supply chain resilience, process improvements, and product cost targets. Within the sourcing responsibilities, this role will also manage one or more complex projects with the goal of delivering each project on time, within budget and as scoped.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field
Five (5) plus years of experience in cross-functional product development environments
Knowledge of multiple project management methodologies (i.e. Kanban, Agile, Lean)
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems (i.e. SAP)
Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
A proven track record of project management
Experience with team-based environments
Strong time management skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing demands for time
Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
Willing to travel both domestically and internationally 10-15%
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance
Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers
Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer, including reviewing data, contracts, reports, and supplier communications
Frequent use of hands and fingers for keyboarding, data entry, and operation of standard office equipment
Ability to communicate effectively in person, via telephone, video conferencing, and electronic communications
Ability to move throughout office, warehouse, manufacturing, and supplier facilities as needed
Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 20 pounds
Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including extended periods of walking, standing, and navigating airports and supplier locations
Ability to visually analyze data, spreadsheets, presentations, contracts, and procurement documentation
