As part of our growth, we are looking for a Global Sourcing Indirects Intern (m/f/d) to support the daily tasks in the Global Sourcing area. You will be working within Global Sourcing Indirects team performing relevant tasks as follows: YOUR TASKS: Project & Operational Support: Contribute to the day‑to‑day execution of sourcing projects across travel, fleet, and consulting categories. Assist strategic buyers in negotiations, supplier interactions, and closing commercial agreements; Documentation & Data Management: Maintain accurate documentation and internal databases; Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support internal audits and perform compliance checks aligned with the company's Code of Conduct; Tender & Procurement Process Execution: Create tender IDs, coordinate signature workflows, and prepare supplier comparison matrices. Receive and process offers, NDAs, and signed contracts, and support internal stakeholders with PR/PO issues; Supplier & Vendor Management: Support supplier onboarding, master data updates, vendor creation requests, and bank detail changes; Market Analysis, Financial Support & Process Improvement. YOUR PROFILE: Bachelor's degree in economics, Law or Business Administration; To be eligible for the internship, you must not have completed your bachelor's or master's degree more than 3 years ago; Advance MS Office, Excel, Macros, Power BI; English proficiency level; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to build strong relationships with other departments; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Highly motivated professional with a passion for driving business objectives.
