Job Description:

Cozycozy is the only platform that gives you real-time access to all available holiday accommodations. Experiencing rapid growth, we are now present in over 50 countries in 20 languages, with offices in Paris and Budapest. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing engaging content across our social media platforms. Reporting directly to the Head of Influencer Marketing, you will take ownership of content creation and management. This 4-6 month internship is an onsite role based in our office in central Paris.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop the visual and written content calendar tailored to different platforms
  • Publish content regularly according to the defined strategy
  • Help create visual content (video and images) for global social media channels and ads
  • Assist the Influencer Marketing team in UGC and influencer sourcing, outreach, and other related activities
  • Plan social media posts in advance
  • Analyze performance to optimize future actions
  • As the voice of cozycozy, respond to comments and messages
  • Foster meaningful exchanges to maintain an active relationship with followers
  • Identify opportunities to drive engagement
  • Stay on top of social media trends and innovations
  • Adapt content and strategy to anticipate community and brand needs

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a MA or MSc in a university in France
  • Excellent communicator in both English & French
  • Previous experience managing social media
  • Strong command of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) and enjoys exploring tools (Canva, Figma, Capcut etc.)
  • Strong creativity and aesthetic sense
  • Naturally proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teams easily

  • Other languages are a plus
  • Having your own social media account is a plus
  • A portfolio to share is a big plus
