As Global Service Manager for Evaporation Systems, you will play a key role in driving and coordinating service activities across both local and global operations. Combining hands-on project execution in Søborg with oversight of the global service portfolio, you will help ensure high-quality service delivery, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the continuous development of our service business. Working closely with service teams, sales, engineering, product management, and finance, you will support collaboration across functions and regions to strengthen customer value and operational excellence at Alfa Laval.
Job Responsibility
Execute and coordinate local Evaporation Systems Service projects in Søborg
Monitor and provide insights on global service activities and portfolio performance
Coordinate with service teams, sales, engineering, product management, and finance
Support prioritization and resource planning for service activities
Ensure alignment with company standards, quality requirements, and customer expectations
Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation of best practices
Prepare portfolio and project status reporting for management
Support continuous improvement and service innovation initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience within industrial service management, operations, or project execution, from global service organization
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions
Experience working in international and matrix-based organizations
Solid understanding of industrial/process equipment and service operations
Experience with portfolio reporting, KPI tracking, and performance follow-up
