Job Description

In this Global Senior Director role, you will be accountable for establishing and maintaining a global framework for efficient, timely project delivery. This framework will support broader business unit objectives while mitigating operational and financial risks within an outsourced, regional delivery model. You will provide critical oversight of multiple project vendors (including engineering, project delivery, and design), manage sourcing and reporting, and serve as the primary escalation point for vendor performance. Additionally, you will ensure all project vendors are fully aligned with organizational objectives and compliant with internal policies, enterprise risk guidelines, and regional laws.

Job Responsibility

  • Establishing and maintaining a global framework for efficient, timely project delivery
  • Providing critical oversight of multiple project vendors (including engineering, project delivery, and design)
  • Managing sourcing and reporting
  • Serving as the primary escalation point for vendor performance
  • Ensuring all project vendors are fully aligned with organizational objectives and compliant with internal policies, enterprise risk guidelines, and regional laws
  • Defining and implementing a consistent delivery strategy and framework
  • Establishing quantitative performance standards, management reporting structures, and KPIs
  • Leading annual capital planning and providing investment strategy recommendations

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of global corporate real estate project management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity overseeing global project portfolios
  • Proven track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams of subject matter experts in a regional delivery model
  • Deep knowledge of all real estate project lifecycles, including cost estimating, scheduling, construction contracts, value engineering, procurement methods, and capital planning
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with extensive experience interacting with and influencing executive-level stakeholders
  • Proven ability to thrive in a complex matrix organization, balancing global delivery functions with regional team dynamics
  • Strong strategic business acumen combined with a rigorous risk-management and cost-control mindset
