Contribute to the global Hospital commercial team (key countries and BD representatives)
Advance the commercial toolbox/ methodologies for high commercial performance
Consult and support country organizations in adapting global sales tools and processes (e.g. CRM, Tender Management, Mission Infection Prevention)
Execute established sales training programs and capability-building initiatives for sales across markets
Co-ordinate global sustainability input for countries for tenders and work closely with pricing and Risk Prevention Product Marketing for winning tender submissions
Track CGB KPI'S and standardize with global Commercial Excellence team tools across countries/clusters and BD's to track commercial excellence initiatives progresses
Drive cross-functional alignment within the Business Division Risk Prevention, particularly across the Inpatient business
Requirements
Higher education in Business, Health Economics and/or Administration are desired but not mandatory
passionate sales men/women with proven track record in the Hospital sector
Strong analytical skills with solid knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and sales methodologies (e.g. Sandler, Challenger Selling)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively in a matrix organization
Willingness to travel within the EU
Fluent in English
