Job Description

Pivotal role in shaping and executing the global brand strategy for our osteoporosis portfolio. You’ll drive brand positioning, lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies, while collaborating closely with local country teams and cross-functional partners.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of global brand plans, campaigns, and digital assets
  • Drive strategic planning and market insights to support brand growth
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and country teams to ensure integrated brand execution
  • Organise and attend key international conferences, KOL projects, and advisory boards
  • Manage global brand budgets and ensure activities align with the ABPI Code of Practice
  • Support cross-franchise initiatives and share best practices across markets

Requirements

  • Strong experience in pharmaceutical marketing
  • Solid background in global or regional brand management
  • Prior experience in bone health, osteoporosis, endocrinology, or women’s health therapeutic areas
  • Educated to Degree level or above, ideally in a relevant science or business discipline
  • Excel in strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement
  • Confident managing marketing budgets, external agencies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
